We offer a lifetime refund policy.

If you would like a refund, simply email support@wavgrind.com 

from the email address used at checkout. We will review your request and process the refund as soon as possible.

Please note: payment processing fees charged by banks and payment providers are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, these fees are deducted by the payment processor and are not returned to us. As a result, your refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund structure.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

If you attempt to initiate a credit card chargeback for a legitimate transaction without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.

This may include providing the bank or payment processor with transaction details, digital delivery confirmation, account activity, and relevant communications. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase after receiving the product may be considered fraudulent.

We reserve the right to recover any fees, costs, or damages incurred as a result of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

Refunds do not cover currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or payment processor fees applied by your bank or card issuer.
